The Da Aurelio restaurant at Passo Giau will remain open as usual: below is all the useful information you need.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><h2>\u00a0How to arrive to Restaurant Da Aurelio during the Olympics<\/h2><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>The Giau Pass is always open on the Colle Santa Lucia &#8211; Selva di Cadore side<\/strong>: therefore, it is always possible to reach the restaurant from this side, for lunch and dinner, without any restrictions<\/p>\n\n<p>Furthermore, <strong>it is always possible to arrive from the Falzarego Pass<\/strong> and then from San Cassiano (<strong>Alta Badia<\/strong>), both for lunch and dinner, on any date.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>From Cortina d&#8217;Ampezzo, it is always possible to get to Restaurant Da Aurelio via the Giau Pass after 8 p.m.<\/strong> (so there are never any problems getting here for <strong>dinner<\/strong>). The only exception regards February 6th (as specified below).<\/p>\n\n<p>Special regulations apply to <strong>those arriving from Cortina d&#8217;Ampezzo for lunch<\/strong>, as indicated below.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><h3>\u2014 Special cases (from Cortina)<\/h3><\/h3>\n\n<p>On <strong>1-2-3-4-5 February<\/strong>, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., access is granted with<em> purple and yellow pass.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>On February 6th, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., access is granted with <em>purple and yellow pass.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>On 8\u201310\u201312\u201315\u201318 February, from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., access is only permitted with a <em>purple pass<\/em> (zone 1).<\/p>\n\n<p>On 7, 9, 11, 13, 16, 17, 19, 20, 21 and 22 February, from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., access is granted with <em>purple and yellow pass<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n<p><em><strong>How to apply for a pass:<\/strong><\/em> Those who do not have a pass for the Olympic traffic zones in Cortina d&#8217;Ampezzo can apply for one by accessing the dedicated portal (selecting the appropriate category, including the \u201cdaily pass\u201d option, for example for non-residents): <a href=\"https:\/\/passauto.milanocortina2026.org\/en\/places\/377476\/cortina\">https:\/\/passauto.milanocortina2026.org\/en\/places\/377476\/cortina<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cortina d&#8217;Ampezzo will host several competitions during the Milan Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
