Following several years of training, together with experience gained in other parts of Italy and the United Kingdom, chef and proprietor Gigi Dariz took over from Aurelio in the kitchen in 1996.
At da Aurelio the hallmark of our cuisine is lightness and simplicity, using only the best quality ingredients. We would describe the style as traditional and creative.
